When the fees could easily rack up into the thousands of dollars - with no guarantee of success - I have a hard time getting on board with "encourage people always".

Gym have to start the process, Commonly a good Immigration lawyer knows if there is or not a case. they will need to ask you for information and evidence that can show your special qualifications. who

It is not impossible, I agree from the limited amount you have said very unlikely. The first thing to happen is for the Employer to contact their Immigration Lawyer, sounds like they currently do not

NEVER a guarantee in this, even for the rock solid cases anyways, that is simply part of the poker game called "US Visa".

OP will figure it out and I hope he coming back to let us know the result.
