I am a US PR Since Feb 2012.. I will qualify to apply for US Naturalization in November 2016.

I got married back in Nov 2015. My current spouse is outside USA. I applied I-130 F2A, in NOV 2016 @ CSC. Since then I-130 is pending with status "Case transferred to Local Office".

I called USCIS, back in May 2016, and was told through snail mail, that i'll be interviewed for Initial I-130 Interview. @ my local USCIS office, Because i received my PR, through my ex wife, (Good Faith Waiver), back in 2012, and since i applied I-130 before 5 years period, they have to interview me. Since then i am waiting and it's August 2016.

Well, After my second marriage, My current wife applied for a F1 visa for her Masters degree, She stated on her F2 Visa applicant about our marriage and was asked @ the interview about me and was rejected, stating that she should wait for her immigration Visa. Before this rejection and our marriage, my wife was also rejected for few visit visas' but that was way before we got married. I was not aware of those rejections.
Ques:
1) Let's say our I-130 gets approved, Will be there any challenges like (Rejection) @ the embassy cause of my spouse previous Non-Immig Visa rejection, or my previous marriage ?

2) By the time i get my Citizenship by Feb 2017 and I-130 still stays pending. Can i apply for K3 visa, pending I-130. also any, same challenges reason as in Ques 1?

1) You will need to convince both USCIS and the embassy that this marriage is bona fide.

2) The K-3 is tantamount to obsolete. You can upgrade your F2A I-130 petition to an immediate relative petition after you naturalise, however.

What's the question here, really, is your first marriage. Was it bona fide or was it for immigration? That's what USCIS will have to decide before approving your I-130.

Are my questions not in English for you to interpret ?

I asked. Will be there any challenges for my wife securing a immigrant visa @ the consulate with respect to her past Non Immigrant Visa refusals and/or my being married in past.

Secondly i ask, is it a good idea for me to apply K3 visa once i get my passport. If it is- do the same challenges also remain in K3 visa interview as the immigrant visa interview.
