Form I-130, Section C, Question 22: Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.

Under this heading there are two questions.

1) Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

2) If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

My spouse does not live in the USA, nor have ever visited the USA. Does this question apply to me? If so, what should I write?

Put "never lived together" there. Visits don't count as actually living together.

The instructions for that section says to complete "if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status."

This shouldn't apply to you, why worry about it? I-130 instructions say if something doesn't apply to you, write N/A.

Write N/A on the left side and on the right side, put the location of the consulate where your wife will have her interview abroad.

Should I put "None" for additional names used? Or Should I put "N/A" for additional names used and name of prior spouse. I am afraid that if I put None, someone might think that None is a name.

I used N/A.
