denial letter recevied it normal or not please help me

You need to find out the reason for denial.

You can marry and file for CR-1, but you still need to know the reason for the denial.

You should consider your k1 petition over. The best path is try to determine why your visa was refused, get married, and refine with tons of evidence, including things to overcome the reason for the denial.

You mentioned in another post a Argentina age difference, who is older? Are there religious differences and cultural differences as well? You will need a lot of time together to overcome this denial on a future petition.

Sit down and write every question that you were asked on a piece of paper. Then write the answer you gave. See if there were any questions asked twice or a group of questions focused on the same general topic. If you answered a question wrong, make special note of it. Normally this is the best way to determine the areas the officer thought were weak in your petition. That will help you if you choose to pursue a spousal visa

The age gap was 27 years in your previous post. Let me guess... She's the older one. Such an age gap is a red flag, especially when the woman is older. Did they ask you how you feel about never being able to experience fatherhood? It's unusual for a young man to marry a woman who is beyond child-bearing age. Especially in a culture where family plays such an important role.

Getting married will help convince them that you are in this for life and for love. But you have a very difficult road ahead. How many times has she visited you?

Has she spent time with your family? At this point the congressman cannot do anything for your k1 petition. You will need to start over. And one visit is not near enough especially considering the large age difference. Also, where in Pakistan are you from?

You will need to spend quite a bit of time together in order to overcome your differences. Also, I would suggest your fiance come to this site to ask questions since she will be filing again after you are married presumably.

There isn't a magic number of days spent together that will convince them to approve your next visa, but the more the better.

More visits and get to know each other better before filing CR-1. Not a good start when you don't know the age difference between you two. 27 in one post and 22 years in this post. That may seem innocent or an honest mistake to you but believe me, that's not how a CO sees it.

We don't know the details, but she could have kids in the US, too.
