hey thanks for the response but my query is that do i need to pay the fees separately at the time when I AM sending the forms via courier or should I send the check along with the forms via courier

The instructions say you need to send the filing fee with your form, they also mention which forms of payment they accept

hi

yes, immigration never processes a form without payment, they cash the check or money order first

so you send payment, form and paperwork together for each parent, you can send them in 2 separate envelopes and put both petitions in one big envelope to send them together

Now you said you are out of the US, when will you be coming back? because you can't sponsor your parents to come to live in the US if you aren't going to live here soon. The idea of bringing a family member to the US is for family reunification, if you don't live here or plan to return soon, then why bring them at all?

Oh ok thanks for the response :)

So the money order or check should be on my behalf from others account right? and what is the sequence of putting the forms, check and documents together ? i read that the form to get the message that they have received the message should come first after then ?

hi

the person can put the beneficiaries' name on the memo of the check or money order

you will receive NOA1, which is the receipt, meaning they have received the case, and then NOA2 is the approval of the i130 form
