So I am getting everything ready for AOS. I heard prices are going to increase shortly, so want to be able to file as soon as we get our marriage certificate. I am trying to figure out if we need the I-693 or not. Being a K1, we understand the medical exam doesn't need to be done again if within 1 year of overseas exam. When it comes to the I-693, I have read it is required regardless to verify immunizations, but I also read that as long as the DS-3026 was filled out correctly, it won't be required. I would obviously like the I-693 not be required if the 3026 was filled out correctly, as it would save a few hundred dollars. Can anyone explain to me what is or isn't required when it comes to medical paperwork?

Thank you

Edit: I just looked through the medical paperwork we we given. We don't have the DS-3026, we only have the DS-3025. The 3025 has the immunizations on it, the 3026 was the medical questions.
