Would you be called or notified for a pick up or ud have to keep going to the office to check out yourself?

My visa was issued on the 12 of July 2016,I have gone to dhl office two times but they could not tell me when exactly the passport would be up for pickup

They called my fiancé to come back to the Embassy to pick up his visa/passport.

My husbands was issued on the 22 and they haven't sent it does anybody know how long it take... I want to buy his ticket

No he just went after a week and that site didn't help

In my case the CO said the passport with visa will be ready by a week time. How accurate is that in Ghana. Ceac says issued.

Went to the dhl office a week after it was issued, didn't wait for any call.But others I met said they were called for the pick up.

You can go to dhl and check as I did...dint get it on the Thursday I went but went again the next day which was the Fri ...and it was there.

The package may be at the dhl office but not scheduled to be called for pickup so if u go der to check they may search through their mails to c if urs is included.

Thanks but I'm living in kumasi so I wanna be sure when it's gonna be ready so I wouldn't have to go back n forth Accra n Kumasi.

I was told to go to the GSS delivery center in two weeks time for pick up and it been a week after my interview now so guess i need to go and ask despite telling me two weeks to pick my passport up
