MyUSCIS Webpage Changes?

I've been monitoring my N-400 Naturalized Citizen Application status since early June. Early June, I created my account on the MyUSCIS ELIS page at the following address: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov, and I put in the receipt number and was I as able to view my status. I found out about my Biometrics appointment well before I saw the letter came in the mail.

However, since I finished my Biometrics appointment on June 30th, now when I go to the MyUSCIS ELIS page, I authenticate as expected, but now I can't see my case status. Only thing I see on the page is general information on how to go about getting Citizenship. Nowhere can I find on that page where I can check my status...

Anybody else see this? Or am I the only one?

this appears to be a "glitch" in how the login process works as it appears to take you back to the homepage....

but, if you then add "/account/customer" to the webpage address, it will take you back to your account page.

so that is

so you begin with logging into https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

enter your user name, password, and then of course one-time password after you receive it (either by mobile or email) - basically this is two-factor login every time.

then IF it takes you to your profile and account page - you're good to go!

BUT if it takes you back to the page https://my.uscis.gov , then what you need to do is actually then add the following to the link /account/customer

which would make the web address https://my.uscis.gov/account/customer

Dear all I cannot access to my account anymore

the system sends back error 500 (see image below

 

I created account for my other family members and it works for them but not me

anyone could help??

@mbassogo: Have you created your account? It happened to me over the weekend because I put the wrong 2 factor authentication code. After 2 hours, I logged back in and it works. If yours still doesn't work, clear all the history (cache, password, etc.) and try again. Good luck!

I remember all my credentials but the system sends error 500 and I cannot access to my account

I do cleared all the history but till now the issue is not solved
