I have a question to this. So If my fiance lives outside the US. Do I use her current address in the abroad address also? Since she will be receiving all her papers and interviewing from there also?

Thank You.

Correct. You use your fiancee's address in the Philippines for all forms.

(nothing of importance is mailed to your fiancee, everything is online for the actual visa application)

Thank you Hank.

Maybe someone could help me with another problem? I just found out the I129F petition I filed was approved. But when I was completing the form on page 3, I had to list my fiance.s first child and at first she did not want to list her. Because she is not bringing her over at first. The child will stay with her grand parents until my fiance is comfortable with bringing her over. Then I spoke with my friend who suggested we list her now anyhow because when the time comes to bring the child over there will be no problem with bringing her in the United States. So as I updated the petition I sent in. I forgot to update the previous copies I made. My fiance realized when she got the copies I sent to her.

The problem is. When she does her interview. I am sure they will wonder why the two forms are different. Is there any chance I could speak to someone at the National Visa Center and ask them about making sure I added the child before the petition gets to the US Embassy in the Philippines? Or should I just update the copie I have with the child's information and hope I fill it out correctly? Hate to get that far and have the visa denied.

Thank You

Jay
