It's been 4.5 months. Too early to call USCIS about it because you are still within processing time.

Which service Center? It would be helpful if you completed your timeline and then you will see an estimated approval date.

Interestingly, I called this morning on our I-130 filed in late December. According to the processing time published by USCIS, the wait for Nebraska is 5 months, so that they should be processing end of January 2016 NOA-1s. I was told on the telephone today that they were working on December 2 petitions. The same answer i was given three weeks ago. Meanwhile, it looks like the timeline others are having on visa journey is that February petitions are being reviewed.
