Deported?

Rarely hear about anyone getting deported from USA

What was the story there?

Particularly after they get citizenship! They have to yank citizenship before they can deport them. But I've heard if its discovered they lied about something in the process, they'll do just that.

From what I read it requires the person to have committed fraud during the whole process.

USCIS is authorized to cancel any Certificate of Citizenship or Certificate of Naturalization in cases where USCIS considers that the certificate was:​

•Illegally or fraudulently obtained; or​
​

•Created through illegality or by fraud.​ [
