There is no requirement to list any vaccinations for the DS-160. But there are three medical questions you must answer, and answer truthfully. If your answer to anyone of those questions is YES then there is a good possibility you will be denied and you will have to seek a waiver which is very time consuming and costly as you most likely will need a lawyer.

Most visa applicants answer all the medical questions with NO.

To me the OP's question was confusing at best. Glad you could add more to my answer. She should be good to go.

I ask some of my friends who recently had fill-up online on DS-160, they just answer NO on that question. Most of them didnt remember said Yes about it. Please clarify. I think the only time you say YES for the vaccination if you have any copies of the the previous vaccination which I Do not have anymore. I was vaccinated for a flu vaccine last year around aug or sept. But i dont have anymore records on it. Will they be able to know that i got vaccinated?

You are totally fine to check YES regarding vaccination record as you will have the DS-3025 from SLEC upon completion of the medical.

SLEC will know which vaccinations you will need based on the blood sample you will give to them at your medical. Hank is right, check or enter YES for vaccinations. Why, because you will have had your medical and be given the DS-3025 form that will be proof to the CO. The Embassy will have all the information prior to looking at your DS-160 so there is no harm in answering the question with a YES. Don't know why they as that question, because answer YES and other NO and it has no bearing on the visa being approved.

Okay , ill try to do that. But their website is kinda confusing. Because one of my friends used to add more than 2 work history but the site can now only add more one. Not sure if this is the latest update. If it wont go through by the end of the week then, i have no choice but just put my two most recent work history which supposedly to be 3. Which i had on my g325a. If they'll ask me why i just put 2, then i have to reason that your system doesnt allow me to.

Yes you have reason why you only were able to list two. Don't worry on it, work history isn't important for the K-1 visa. Like said the DS-160 is used for all non-immigrant visas so doesn't fit will with the K-1 process. ;)
