Hi, I will be filing a petition for my three kids who are in under aged, and I believed we fall in the category of I-184 Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition. I came here as K-1 . Do I have to file in separate forms of each, or I could just file one form for the three ? and additional question, please educate me on how and where to pay ? thank you.

I think You will need to fill it out an I-130 and and I-485 and one of each is more than enough because you will list all your kids in just one form. You will need to do or a money order or a check payable to US Department of Homeland Security. You need to send this check or money order with the forms that you will need for your kids to be accepted in US.

No, I-824 is not for you. You got K-1 visa at a consulate, and if your kids want to get K-2 visas (which can only be issued within 1 year of the issuance of your K-1 visa) at the consulate, they would contact the consulate.

If it has been more than 1 year since the issuance of your K-1 visa, then your kids cannot come on K-2s anymore, and they would need to be petitioned by your spouse.
