Blessings All, I have one fear bothering me that I need help on. Please is 6 months too short to file for K1 visa?. Met my fiancee in December 2015, we fell in love and she visited from February and spent 3 weeks together. Had our traditional engagement before she went back to the states. She filed for my k1 visa in may and we received NOA1 few days later after file was transfered to california centre. She bought ticket again to visit in the month of June. For the second time within 6 months. My question is, will they frown at the time of the relationship or her visiting twice within 6 months as a added advantage. Please help my beloved VJS.

First of all, you both already got married traditionally. So filing for fiancee/fiance'(K1) visa is wrong. You would be denied visa. You need to file for spouse (CR1) visa

I would advise you to wait little bit longer.. (RED FLAG). You both met December 2015, came down in February 2016 and between 3weeks of visting in that February you gat married traditionally.

3months later you're already filing for visa.
