Hi guys! I'll be petitioning my husband and kids next month and I'm already making a checklist of things I need to present in the filing. Please let me know if there's something missing.

1. I-130 Cover Letter

2. Form I-130

3. Birth Certificate

4. Marriage Certificate

5. Copy of passport

6. G325-A (For me and my husband and kids)

7. Passport photo style for me, kids and husband

8. Pictures and other proof of relationship

I feel like there's still something missing? Can anyone share what they passed? Also, does anyone have a sample cover letter for DCF in manila?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

For DCF, you'll also show that the USC has been residing in the Philippines for at least six months. Manila's USCIS field office page has info on how to show this (click "I-130" to expand), or a few threads on this board have examples of what others have sent. You could also contact Manila directly to get the most updated information on their requirements.

Don't forget fee payment.

You can enclose a cover letter if you'd like. I've seen a few floating around this site, general outline: to, from, regarding, I am a USC petitioning my husband and children, these things are enclosed, sincerely.

I presume the kids aren't eligible for CRBA. (If they're yours and you haven't checked on this, do.) I believe it's separate I-130s (and fees) for children of USCs, but someone else will have to comment on the children's petitions, as I'm not familiar with that process.

2012: Married
2014 2016 2017: I-130 packet direct to Frankfurt

Frankfurt's "steps" to DCF:

Step 1: I-130 Petition Checklist (PDF, from their USCIS page)

Step 2: Immigrant/Fiance(e) & K-Visa Applicant Checklist (PDF, from their Appointment & Interview page)

Also, include translations of any document not in English.
