It depends on the degree and the demand and your grades / school. Get an engineering degree from a school like Harvey Mud and you have no problems. Get any degree from University of Phoenix and you will have trouble .

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Something you want to do

From an institution that has credibility and good network opportunites.

In a field that there are obvious work opportunities

And if it leads to a US opportunity, great, bonus.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I am wondering what are the job opportunites someone has after they graduate college and start work?

That's a great question for the DSO at your school,

as

he knows you and

he knows your degree plan and

he knows you know you were supposed to start seeking work the semester before you graduated and

he knows how to help you with the OPT paperwork and

he just knows everything.

So, please, I beg of you - get into the DSO's office on Friday, have a talk with the DSO at your school.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

honestly, it is very tough! I would focus on a STEM related program and that way you get 2 years of OPT training.. then you need a qulaity company that will sponsor you!!! I worked in the sports industry and did not realize no sports teams or like ESPN, Octagon ect sponsor visas:/ lol so that is tough!!! Also, stay away from marketing.. everyone does that and you wont get a sponsor with entry level position. Look for engineer, computer science ect.. also, you can do a masters after and get another year of OPT and another 2 year OPT if its stem related. A good school is best but honestly, volunteer and get your resume packed before you graduate with US based jobs.. american companies really like to see american work:)
