Hey everyone,

In form I-751 (Part 7) who is the Petitioner? Is it the U.S. citizen or the foreign national that has a 2 year Green Card?

Also, on Part 8 of the form, who should sign? The U.S. citizen sponsoring or the foreign national?

Hey everyone,

In form I-751 (Part 7) who is the Petitioner? Is it the U.S. citizen or the foreign national that has a 2 year Green Card? The petitioner is the one petitioning to remove the conditions of their green card.

Also, on Part 8 of the form, who should sign? The U.S. citizen sponsoring or the foreign national? The spouse/individual is the one related to the petitioner above.

Another quick question, if you don't mind, what is the USCIS ELIS Account Number? Should I have that? How do I know if I have one?

If it is unfamiliar to you, then you don't have one. It is produced if you paid a $165 online fee for, I believe, an immigrant visa.
