Looks like we both received NOA2 at the same time... I've tried calling NVC a lot of times but it is so frustrating to be put on hold. Today, I was able to get a hold of a live person but he didn't want to give out informations because I'm the beneficiary. He said it will take 2-4 weeks for them to process our paperwork and have my petitioner call them after that certain time. I guess we'll just wait till NVC sends my fiancee a letter regarding our petition... And oh, I do email them everyday but nothing since the last one they told me that they already got our case...

I guess it will need a lot of patience again...:whistle::whistle: Unfortunately, I've already consumed most of my patience during USCIS stage, nothing's left :wacko::wacko:.

I got my notice on a Thursday. I called the Friday and was told they didn't get the packet yet.

Then I called the following Monday and was told that it had been received. I called at around 7:40am EST when they first open up the lines. I got through within one-two minutes to speak with an operator :)

She told me it was received and that I should call back the next day and the day after that and if I need to the day after that as well to find out when it was forwarded to the embassy.

I then called the next day during the day and it was super busy. I called back later at night at around 9pm EST and it was still too busy to get through to an operator. I gave up that night and just called the next morning at around 7:40am again, I got through. I was told that my case was forwarded to Sydney, Australia. Yay. :) (But I had found out from an email notice from NVC first because aside from calling them, I also emailed them as soon as I got my NOA2 and they responded to me when it was forwarded to the embassy overseas). I only called to make sure the email wasn't a fluke hah. And sure enough, it wasn't!

:) I hope that helps!

Goodluck!
