change of adress (AR-11)

I am filling out the form AR-11 due to moving to another adress. I came here to the US on a K1 Visa, got married and now I am waiting for the AOS approval.

While filling out form AR-11 they ask you: If not permanent resident, date of stay in US expires...do I have to put in the date of the I-94 (which expires next week) or of the visa?

I am afraid that if I put in the date of I-94, it seems like I am illegal in the US.

Also I put in at the field: I am in the US as [WIFE]...not sure how correct it is.

Anyone has the same experience?

I'd put a star next to it and say "awaiting AOS approval." Therefore, it would not look like you were here illegally. Besides, if you filed for AOS you are here legally. Your status is "applicant." And your stay does not expire unless you get kicked out or denied, as far as I know.

When we filled that paper out, that's what we did. I just made notes on it to explain our situation b/c my husband overstayed.

When we bought our House, on the change of address AR form we put AOS pending.
