No Record of my case at ISL embassy.

This just happened and I'm freaking out. My parents and sister are scheduled to have an interview(F4) on 1st February. My case is a CSPA case. I emailed the embassy in Islamabad explaining my situation but in return got this reply.

"We have found no record for the given case number 20xxxx00xx. Please contact the National Visa Center in the United States for information about your case."

Anyone ever have this? I didn't make a typo, wrote the correct case number and other relevant details.

Yes if your case has not arrived at the ISB embassy so far, they will of course not have a record of your case. You will probably need to wait another week or two before it arrives.

i suggest you call NVC Hotline,

punch option 3

and ask the human there :

1. What date did my casefile leave NVC?

2. What date did the casefile arrive at the IV Unit ?

Report back, when able !
