Questions!

Does the US Embassy give the Philipino BACK their original NSO Birth certificate after you get your Visa?

Nope! They will collect original documents during interview. I had my Original Cenomar, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate and NBI Clearance collected at step 2 during my interview.

I just had my interview today and I got approved!

The consul asked me to go to step 5 but when I went there the guy said just wait for my visa to be delivered. I didn't fill out anything nor he asked me to register online on ustraveldocs. Is this normal? Will they be able to deliver my passport on correct address?

He didn't asked me if I want it for pick up.

Please advice.

Thank you!

2GO will deliver to the address of record, so whatever address you have been using to date is where the visa package will be delivered.

Was this a K-1 or CR1?

When we registered for her K-1 interview there is option to deliver or pick up Visa including location at Mall of Asia.

Congrats. What questions did they ask during the interview?

Thank you!I have been using only one address.

Tyler

It's a cr1.

The questions asked are:

Who is my petitioner?

How long have you been married?

How long have you been together in total?

How many times he visited?

What do you like most about him?

And who is our joint sponsor?

Congrats to everybody! I already got my visa last Jan 14 and will be flying on Feb 1. For those who wanted to track their packets, you can track it on ustraveldocs, or you can email at passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com ( just key in your passport number on the subject and type your passport number on the body and nothing else), or you can also track it visa 2go e tracker ( just type either of the 3: case number, uid or passport number). Btw guys, I have a concern. Its still winter and I wanna buy some winter stuffs like heattech, coats, fleece, etc. Can anyone suggest me a good store in Manila?
