Hi January Filers!!! I just checked my USCIS Case Tracker, My Case was Approved on February 18, 2016!!!! I am Super Excited!!! I'm hoping and praying that I'm the first approval of many more to come..

we got our NOA1 hardcopy today :)

and I was sooo worried that they will send it back again because we didn't get a email.

oh that made my day!

Thats great :) I wonder why you didn't get the email. We put my fiance's email and cell number on there so hopefully we will get one or the other.

Eek! Just got back from FedEx and our application is officially on its way. Reading through here we didn't do a couple things like hole punch the top or use tabs. The packet with his original signed documents contain paper that is a different size from mine. Assuming it is a UK thing. But it was pretty close and still fit in a regular sized folder. It should be delivered by tomorrow afternoon. Cannot wait to receive confirmation of that! Does anyone know what the expected timeline for us January filers is right now? I really want to start wedding plans.

I've seen some go in 4 months but most in 5-6. I'm not 100% sure what it'll be for us. As long as I have it by end if June I'm happy since I can't move until my daughter finishes school as the school doesn't accept end of year enrollments.

Well we got our hardcopy today. My boyfriend called them because my date of birth wasn't right. The Lady on the phone told him it could be another 3 month :(

3.5 months after mailing it in? I'd be happy :)

Well, ... as long as she didn't mean another 3 months to get NOA2 ;)

09/08/2016- NOA1 Texts Received

09/10/2016- NOA1s received in the mail

09/24/2016- Received biometrics letter in the mail for October 3, 2016

09/30/2016- Biometrics completed (walk-in, Tukwila)

10/01/2016- Notice of Request for Initial Evidence via text (I-485)

10/06/2016- Received RFIE in the Mail for I-864, Sent back response

10/12/2016- RFIE Received by USCIS

10/25-26/2016- Approval and Card Being Produced for EAD/AP

11/04/2016- Case Status changed to 'Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview'

11/07/2016- Case Status changed to ' Card was Mailed To Me'

11/10/2016- EAD/AP Card Received in Hand

Mailed out Saturday, Expected delivery yesterday...currently sitting at a post office in Evanston, IL? Not sure what to do or whether to just wait and see... <_<
