Good luck to you too! Ours is going into the mail any day now. We finally got my husband's birth certificate. They had been unable to locate it as we had applied for it giving his mother's married name, but the certificate actually has her maiden name on it. So they couldn't trace it.

Think I'll join this thread, since I see there's another December mailer up there. I was hoping to get an email today, but I knew it was a longshot. I mailed on 12/30. I know a day or two doesn't make any difference, but I'm so anxious to see some movement!

my case too was being sent of to Texas Service Center,, we filed 4th of november got NOA1 6th of same month,,and we got the hard copy through mail 16th of NOvembr,, now we are waiting for NOA2 .,., Good Luck to all of us

Just wondering about how you are all sending the I-130 and the heap of stuff that goes with it.

Are you sending in a folder? I have a document folder that we were thinking of using that has plastic pockets, one for each page. It's like a book. But then I suddenly remembered a teacher I had at school that hated pages being put inside plastic document wallets and would throw them back at you. He had arthritic fingers and couldn't open the wallets. It does take a bit of time getting things into and out of the wallets so are we better just having the pages loose with a bulldog clip?

I dint want to annoy anyone at the USCIS.

I'm planning on tabs at bottom that come off if they want and using a folder holding the pages from top like requested.

Thanks for that! I didn't realise there was a preferred format.

I wonder where I can get those tabs from in the UK? I'll try WH Smith.

I've heard that they will be creating a folder in the expected order and for that reason they prefer not to spend a lot of time disassembling things or removing sheets from the plastic protectors.

I just used small clips to group things together, but I probably would add indexing tabs at the bottom if I were to do it again.

Ryman's will have them also I believe.

These are the ones I got personally. Not cheap but won't tear the paper if / when removed.

I rather pay the extra and not be asked for RFE. I'm also over loading on information I think. I'm explaining UK Absulte Decree to avoid problems since I have seen it here. I'm including a original certification copy instead of just a copy of the copy... I also ordered 5 copies when we married. I sent one original with my husband already since I know he will need it.
