On question #4 - Do we need to present supporting documents for each one of them separately?

My father has more supporting documents than my mother, such as real estates that he owns under his name. Will those supporting docs help my mother as well since she is dependent on him and lives with him?

Why is real estate a tie?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Why is real estate a tie?

You've been on VJ long enough to already know that answer.

Wouldn't it be more helpful to simply point out what is obvious to you and not to the OP?

Real estate isn't a good tie (if at all) since property can be transferred, bought or sold at will...hence a tie that doesn't necessarily bind the one applying to their country.

I was just trying to elucidate the OP's thought process, I have overseas property and obviously not a tie for me as I am here.

Perhaps there is something I am not seeing.

Can you give me a list of examples for documents that might help support my parents petition for visitor visa? Need to know what should they bring with them to the interview? I really have no idea.

What I can see as a tie for them to Syria ,and I can be wrong here, is that they own multiple real estates (They are rented to other people so my father has to collect the rent by end of each month) and they live in a safe area and they are old and their daughter is here with a Green Card and my husband is willing to support them financially while they are here. What other documents/ties can be presented?

I have an an Agent that collects rent and manages my property.

Not knowing your Parents it is difficult to know what they have, something that shows that they need to return and why they would not want to stay in the US.

I can not think of any document, more a life style situation.

Why do they need financial support?

A lot of what you have said here actually goes against their case. The financial support is a red flag. Why do they need support? They are going on a vacation and the usual process for a vacation is that a traveller funds himself. Support suggests an ongoing situation to help someone live somewhere, to cover their rent and bills, for example. Do they have jobs to return to apart from this rent-collecting business?

One "document" that would help is their passports with travel stamps- if they have visited (several) other countries, especially in Western Europe, and returned on time, it will help their case. Ultimately, all they can do is try.

That would help.

Well, they have travel stamps to Turkey and some other countries but not in Western Europe, and those stamps are on their old passport. Would that help?

Turkey probably not, other countries possibly. How long ago and which countries?
