The Amsterdam consulate is pretty laid back when it comes to the interview (if the fiance is of a low risk country that is).

Originally we sent only proof of meeting in person (passport stamps and boarding passes) and no pictures. I had more stuff with me for the interview, but was never asked to show anything.

When you do get to the interview stage, even though you're not required, the Amsterdam consulate really likes the W2's for the I-134. But you're not at that stage yet.
