My sponsor is self employed but i am being requested to submit a form W-2. Is my sponsor required to fill this Form W-2 or not.

can i get an Irs transcript online or do i have to get it through mail. And if i have US individual income Tax Return can i submit it to the interview as a replacement of Irs Transcript.

reason for asking is IRS website is down till 12th Jan and after that it would be of no use to take it from mail as it will take 7 days for it to reach to my spouse and from there she will send me and my interview is on 21 so can i get in online or see it online?
