Oh OK...these whole immigration process is heart wrenching how can it take them that long to schedule an interview.

I am my case was complete on jan 4 still no word

SENT I130 PACKAGE OFF 08-08-2014

GOT RESPONSE NOA 1 08-17-2014
RECIEVED RFE 01-26-2015
SENT IT BACK 01-31-2015

Not yet. I called them but no positive response.. getting frustrated here ...lol.. I don't know what's up with ghana. Some other countries are scheduled a day after their completion date.

It looks like it's going to be a while before you're scheduled unless you put in for an expedite. The Ghana embassy is very back logged. Some cases from October are now being scheduled for April interviews.

Wow how do I put in the expedite process

You have to have a valid reason for the expedite, which can be medical or financial loss. Good luck!

Was rescheduled for 2016-06-13
