Late Tuesday night after a flight delay I finally got home to Richard.

While I was stressing at Heathrow he brightened up my wait by calling me to tell me that the bags I had sent the previous day via First Luggage had been delivered to him by Fedex. Shame he was in the shower when they arrived.

He ended up standing being the door on a freezing day wearing nothing but a towel, while a guy and a girl from Fedex brought in all my luggage. He felt guilty not helping but needed both hands to hold his towel. :devil:

He met me at the airport with a beautiful bunch of red roses and when we got home there was a carpet of red rose petals on the floor with a trail leading to the bedroom. So romantic. (L)

Anyone know how to clean trampled in rose petals out of carpets? :lol:

I'm just so happy to be here at last, the only problem is my brain is still on UK time so I'm sitting here typing this while he sleeps. he'll be glad I sneaked out of bed this morning, yesterday I had him out of bed getting me breakfast at 5am.

Awwww...big congratulations...I love, love, LOVE the reunion stories......(my brother came in and scattered the rose petals for us too... :lol: ) M. (and don't feel bad...we're not even on UK time yet, and we're still all messed up sleep wise! :P )

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.
