My PD is Sept 2, 2014, case approved on Nov,1 2015 Vermont...Waiting for NVC welcome letter. Its 6 weeks. How long does it need?

What really?? Ur pd would be current in next month, and they didn't even send it to nvc? So they didn't move ur case from vermont to california? Why it took them too long?was ur documents incomplete?

I called,The case is at NVC,but I was told to wait.
