Greetings!

I am very new on this website which I came cross while researching on some stuff related to K1 visa petition. My fiance filed for our K1 petition last November 17, 2015 through RapidVisa, got received November 23 and actual receipt (Form I-797) delivered last December 8, 2015. My fiance also filed for Bankruptcy around the same time but his annual salary at present is $ 44, 000 with 2 dependents (kids). My question is, will the Bankruptcy status be of significance or affect in any way our K1 petition? Thank you!

No it won't affect. It's how much he makes he makes the guideline. and they don't check your financials anyway.

No the bankruptcy will not affect the visa process.

While waiting for the petition approval why not pop over to the Philippines forum, say HI, do some reading on the process at USEM in Manila .. ;):)

The bankruptcy won't be a factor. The U.S. Embassy Manila operates on the basis of current sustained income. At an annual salary of $44,000, there won't be any problems. Besides, lately it seems that the Embassy is not asking for the petitioner's I-134, tax return, W-2, and paycheck stubs from K-1ers.
