hello everyone,

Today we received RFE latter from USCIS regarding our i-130 application.they want a copy of our original marriage certificate (NIKHAH NAMA). but we already submit them copy of our URDU NIKHA NAMA (marriage certificate) and translation and NADRA marriage license as well. we are so confused what marriage license they want now .should we resent them all the certificates again and explain them that this is all we have ? and is it good idea to include proofs of my wife's recent visit to me ?

Did you send them the original documents or photocopies?

I think you should email/or call them back to check if you are supposed to send them the Originals.

Just submit again with the translation as you did before, the sooner, the better.

I received the same RFE back in 2013, because I didn't send copy of Urdu Nikkah nama(I just sent English translation). So you need to send Copy of Urdu Nikkah nama and Original English Translation.

we had original Nadra certificate and copy of Urdu nikkah nama-it was enough for approval. They need both Nadra and Urdu certificates

Just Urdu nikkah Nama copy, and English legal translated copy are more then enough
