Hi everyone,

I have recently settled in the US after filing for IR1 visa in London via Direct Consular Filing (DCF). We wanted to share our timeline for anyone who is planning or going through a similar process.

I am a British Citizen and my wife is a US Citizen. We were resident in London when we decided to move back to settle in the US. We therefore applied for an IR1 visa at the USCIS field office in London via Direct Consular Filing.
