Sealed documents are instructions for immigration pertaining to you once you land. You'll get the visa in your passport. Green card you'll receive in the mail after you arrive in the US and you've paid the fee online.

You'll get a permanent green card since you've been married for longer than 2 years.

They already know. Just make sure that you receive the permanent one in the mail. If not, you'll need to send it back to USCIS so they can fix the error.

F2A category is spouses and under 21 children of permanent residents. OP is already married and spouse petitioned for them.

oh, yes. I am so sorry. Since my minor brother's immigration is under process in this category and I am so overwhelmed, I just forgot that it is for spouses of LPRs as well.
