I file my i130 by march,on 8thsempt we got RFE,i married in dubai in a church because it is very hard and a long way to marry when you are not a muslem becsuse of thier arabic tradition,as a christian my i wed in a church,the pastor take my background abd all proof of marriage to nigeria abd get court approve marriage from nigeria with all ministry of foreign affair attested and dubai embassy attested in nigeria,now my petition was return and they ask us for civil certificate from dubai sign by civil authority registrar,we submit photocopy of the signed snd atttested certificate to uscis,i dont know what to do.can someone help me?and also they ask my wife to change her name ,she is there in the state.hope to hear from anyone who can help.thanks as i wai. Timeline

In the UK you can legally just marry in a Church but in many countries you also need a civil service. I am going to assume that Dubai is one of these.

thanks but my wife is first going for the name change then we have appointment with immigration lawyer on thursday
