Hi, guys! Really need your thoughts or ideas...

June, 2014 I submitted AOS package. In September, 2014 I received the interview waiver letter and since that time we have heard nothing from USCIS. Until July, 29 of this year. Of course, we got RFE - to re-do medical and submit the photocopies of our Tax return for tax year 2014.

Medical was fine. Just extra expenses and two more shots :)

But Tax return...

After all those 13 long months of wait we were so excited to hear something from USCIS, to know that my case FINALLY has been touched, so yes, it has happened - we've forgotten to sign the copies of our Tax return .. Unfortunately we have realized that when RFE response was received by USCIS.

Can this be a cause of denial of my AOS?...

Accounting Company filed our Tax return and there is "tax payer" stamp on its every page along with tax preparer signature..

Thank you for all your replies.

If they want them signed, then they would probably send another RFE due to them not being signed. Don't believe they would outright deny you for that.

Thank you for your answer, KayDeeCee.

I still cannot believe, but I received an email Sept., 12 - son's and my I-485s were approved!!!!! So, it took 4 weeks for USCIS to make a decision after they received our RFE response.
Well, we've been waiting for decision for 15 months and those 4 weeks were the longest and the most difficult part of wait! But - we have made it!!!!!!!

Who is still waiting for decision - GOOD LUCK!!!! And may Lord bless us all on this journey!!!!!! (L)
