Question about k2

Our case is at the NVC stage now, we just got our case number. I have two kids from a previous marriage, age 11 and 9. They were both included in the original petition and they both show up individually on the ceac site, for the IV fee.

The issue... my son, the oldest, doesn't want to join. He is dead set on staying in Japan with his dad and I have no chance to convince him otherwise right now. Im hoping later on after he comes visit to make him change his mind but that might take a while.

What to do now? Just ignore the petition for him and continue with mine and my daughter's? Is that even possible? Or should we continue with all 3, get us all visas and my son just not use his?

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

fa actele pt tine si fetita, in caz ca el va dori sa vina mai tarziu vei face alta petitie pt reunirea familiei, ideea e sa nu depaseasca 18 ani. Multa bafta!

Oh apropo sper ca ai custodia totala a fetitei pt ca aici trebuie custodie totala pt rezidenta minorului, nu doar semnatura pt calatorie
