We paid a visa agency to prepare our K1 and according to them- it has to be the original, hand- signed form physically mailed to the immigrant- they will not accept faxed or copied I-134. Hope this helps

Ok, thank you, guess I will have to express mail them and hope he gets them

Hi, Can I fax my fiance my form I-134 affidavit of support or does it have to be the original copy?

From experience I can tell you Dublin wants the original. Kevin had our package so long I had to update it and since all the supporting docs didn't change I just emailed him another letter - when he went in for the interviewe they said he was approved once they received the original form from me.
