How would my previous marriage with a Vietnamese Spouse be scrutinized?

I married and sponsored a spouse from Vietnam to the US in 2001. We were divorced in 2009. I then got married to a US citizen and then we were divorced last July. I have a child in my second marriage but not in my first marriage. Now I want to sponsor my current fiance to the US.

Since my first spouse got immigration benefits from me, what is the chance they would examine this marriage in detail? What would they look at? Will they look at tax files? We had problems since the beggining of the marriage and always filed tax separately. She was on my medical insurance plan for 6 years.
