ROC and no evidence of bona fade marriage

I am petitioner in process for divorce by publication. My benefitiery husband left 3 months after he got Conditional GC.I know he married me just to obtain GC.I know he didnt call USCIS report address change,nor he will soon.I know he has only tax transcript for 2014 for evidence, no pics together, no utility bills , he never paid anything for the house.I owned 2 cars, house, so we didnt have any joint property.2 of my family members already reported marriage fraud. So, my question is will he be able to remove condition of GC? Plus I soon as my divorce is over my attorney will send divorce decree with letter to immigration.

Why does it matter to you? You have each gone your separate ways and his immigration is his problem.

What do you think why matters to me? Let me explain why, I was used, man has women back in his country walking around tel people they used some stupid women, she will go to USA soon too, he used me for money, lots of money,he told me he never loved me, but he said that after he received his GC, so please if you can answer jy questions why evenask why!!!

No one here can answer your question. We don't know what he will do, what evidence he might present, what the adjudicator will ask for, etc.

I said all he has is tax transcript,nothing else.No health insurance, no membership cards, no joint bank account, so he cant make up any!! He cant prove his family know about his married when thry dont know.All I am asking with insufficient amount of evidence will he have a problem?

Even if he's unable to remove conditions (which I think is likely), he's already in the U.S. Even if he's out of status he can still find another citizen to marry to avoid being here illegally. Sorry lol.

He would need to prove that he entered into the marriage on good faith and the marriage was bonafide. I'm not sure how that will go. He may have access to other evidence?

So, when he has interview back home for K1 visa, he was approved at spot and next day they canceled, asking for more evidence of real love (I was told by him this), so he asked me to send emails between two of us to embassy. Meanning he was suspicious to them back than, I guess I was only one who was blind.

I think you meant they were suspicious of him back then. What evidence did you use through the whole process to prove a bonafide marriage?

Beleive me he has not.He went to visit his country, I know what was packed, but his plan was to come back to my house.I'v send him email while he was there and not called me at least once to find place to stay.We dont own anything jointly

Can he yes. Will it happen no one knows. But I would for sure move swiftly and file with immigration all the evidence you have now. You have no idea what he is doing on his end. He could be filing too, filing a VAWA against you saying you threw him out and abandon him or abuse hi. Not like anyone will come and ask you to verify the charges.

You said your family already reported marriage fraud. What about you? Have you got your evidence together and made a infopass appt to see a officer to hand over..

I would also be alerting immigration to lock your account so the address can't be updated.

He has no evidence of bona fade marriage, and he is in USA, came back month ago.
