Need help - embassy answer

Hi guys, our case is in transit to Algiers consulate for almost 2 weeks now, I e-mailed them yesterday saying that :

We were wondering about the status of my K1 visa petition (i-129f approved and sent by NVC to USembassy in Algeria). The case number is #### we have been tracking it online, but for 2 weeks it has said "in transit". Can you kindly tell us if the embassy received it or not. Also, we need to schedule an appointment, but there are none available.

Stating that our case has been closed. What should we do, reply to this e-mail or send a new mail...we really don't know what to do. Thanks for your help:)

Hmm you mean, I email them back and ask that the vice consul review my case?

my case still in transit since July 26 (got to the embassy)

try to call the embassy i emailed them but no answer
i emailed the ustraveldocs but only they got is the typical answer
what should i do

please i need help
