Wow, it has been 4 months since you received your NOA2 and still nothing from NVC?? This is the longest wait I have heard since I have been reading posts on here.. The USCIS usually take longer than the NVC, the NVC process usually takes 4 weeks or less, hope you will hear something from them soon..

It took 9 weeks to scan our documents... We got a checklist on the AOS... Her dad was approved 2 1/2 weeks ago... Her moms checklist was sent and scanned in... They lost it... We had to wait 35 days to get a supervisor review.... The supervisor has requested a document search... I have been told that this can take up to 42 days and if all is good than she will be approved... Eventually we will get through this but I am more bothered by the misinformation and incompetence of the NVC.. Not much that can be done

NVC are really slow this days. I actually got my Manila case number last July 24th but in my case it's already been almost a month and our case is still not sent to the embassy and still stuck.in there office. Is this usual?

Congrats to you ;)

We were approved on August,3 ... I thought NVC will take two weeks only , but it's almost one month already. I am calling them every day , they said that it can take up to 35 days , but reading through info on this website , i can see that it can take even longer  it's crazyyyy

So for you it took almost 50 days just for NVC to get your case :o ? I hope they'll approve it extremely fast .Good luck!

Thank you! One USCIS representative at one point told me to wait 90 days before contacting them again. Can you imagine?? Good luck to you too!
