i thought that income tax last year.that it has to be above the poverty level..

thank u. i sent my bank statement too.dont have pay stub cuz ive been paid directly.

Current income is what they are most interested with. The tax document is to verify past income if needed. In your case if your current salary annualized meets or exceeds the poverty level threshold for your family size then you have no worries.

ill probably be earning 30k this year...i hope this is enough.but i do have a back up plan for that if it doesnt count...

Have you not check against what the actual parameters are? If not, here is the poverty level guideline.

i checked it already it should have been fine cuz i made up to 22k.but just like wat i said my accountant filed it wrong he made alot of deductions and my income went down to 5k.. but i have proof that im working full time now that im making enough money to support him.just the two of us..
