US employer - don't know where to start

Hi guys,

I have a business in US, and i want to hire a person from Romania. It's a hard work position that an american citizen would not do it..

It's the first time when i hire someone outside US and i don't know where to start and how much will cost...

Can you help me guys with some informations? I would really appreciate your help!

What's the job about? If you can prove that you can't find a suitable American for the job there shouldn't be an issue for you to sponsor anyone. But it can't just be a random job....

My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

Have you tried to hire an American? No one wanted the job?

You would need to place an ad to try to hire someone here first. Also if the weight is heavy make sure you aren't violating any law about safe work.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

You are trying to hire someone on an H1B visa. You need to get an attorney involved and plan on it being at least next summer before they could come here

I don't know if that job scope will qualify, its many USC & LPR (even Romanians) that knows

and can do that job, also no education or degree is needed to fill this position, the US no longer

caters to entry level & low wages jobs earners to be brought in, apart from farm workers &

hotel cleaners on a special H1B program....Maybe if its a weight lifting position for a Romanian

speaker to cater to a lucrative business patronized largely by Romanians with proof its maybe

worth a try.

Is this person internationally known, just thinking an O may be a possibility.

it has to be a specialization work or something like that.....or a very rare type of work which needs skilled labor that can not be found / available or unwilling to do this kind of work....you probably need a good lawyer who done this kind of paper work before

I think Bulgarians were even better. Why not hire a Bulgarian ?
