Trouble getting through to NVC by telephone

Anyone having trouble getting through to speak a person at the National Visa Center, (603) 334-0700?

been calling since my case got a case number and was contacted by them through email. Day and night you get a prerecorded message that says they have high call volume at the moment, call back later and hangs up. trying to figure out a CR1 & K3 issue.

if any one has gotten through to the NVC or have an oppinion, would really appreciate it

Hi there to be honest with you I have been there many times. All you have to do I'd to keep calling and when you hear that message saying "experiencing high volume of calls" then hang up right away and call again. It's probably best you buy a calling card unless you have a good long distance plan. Trust keep doing this and you will get in. Sometimes it takes a few mins or maybe a long time. All I know is that you must call way before they close. Mon-fri only. Best of luck and hope this helps hang in there.

When my wife case was at nvc back in feburary. I always called them as soon as they open in the morning and always got my call answer. I also heard calling them late at night right before they close is good time to call too.

Yeah, calling them 30 seconds before they open always seemed to work for me
