I edited a comment that I am from city due south of your, but removed it since this is a public post...today is my first time posting here, don't want to say something wrong

change up yer user profile a bit,

reflecting location (china)

and local uscis office (some place near to yer last usa domicile)

Thanks so much, and Thanks in advance !

I ask you do this, now,

as

if'n you shift yer profile settings as I've asked,

other CHINA folksen will chime in,

vette what I've written to you,

and bash yer heid on false assumptions....

i'm using vpn express, yes, that is the same as what I see at left side

I was living in pearland before I came here, worked by gulf freeway and fuqua

Then, really,

First you do need the original divorce paper

The affidvit or support or co sponsor

The US residence

You would have to come alone and establish all of the above

Now, the probation for fraud is big

you can speak to an attorney but make sure he is not just wanting a huge retainer. You need the honest truth

US immigration attorney and Chinesse attorney to see if she will be able to get her passport

Have you considered staying in China

$20k poverty level?

cash on hand greater than that is ok?

No 3x that. Cash/assets count as 1/3. You will need $60000-ish for two people.
