can my husband file from prison

My husband's parole was revoked before he could file my I-130, and I'm back in my home country and can't get a visa except he files for me. How do we achieve that while he is serving time? 7years is a long time to wait and not see him. Anybody got a good lawyer that can help please refer. Thank you.

Well, he'd need a co-sponsor but he can likely still file.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
