Thanks to everyone for responding to my questions. Everything was really helpful.

About our NOA2, we haven't receive the hardcopy in the mail yet and also in the email. But in the USCIS website, our case status was "APPROVED".

Here's our timeline:

10June - Sent I-129F

12June - Delivered at Texas Lockbox

16Jul - USCIS Website: Case Approved

20Jul - Receipt Notice (NOA1) Email

24Jul - Receipt Notice (NOA1) Hardcopy

I'm a little confused. in the USCIS website it says that our case is approved. That means we're now waiting for the NOA2, right? Correct me if I'm wrong please. We are waiting for the NOA2 but we still haven't got it even through email. And is it normal that our petition takes a little longer than anyone else's? (I've been looking at other people's timeline here in VisaJourney and I'm kinda starting to panic.) Is it suggested that we call the USCIS Customer Service to follow up or should we just keep our cool and be patient? I'm sorry for my queries.

Oh and I noticed in our Receipt Notice (NOA1) there isn't a Priority Date. I thought we need a Priority Date for something really important in this processing. Then in the Notice Type it states: Approval Notice Valid from 07/16/2015 to 11/15/2015. Does that mean our petition request will expire after 15November? I hope not and I hope we get the NOA2 before our NOA1 gets invalid.

Sorry again and please help. Thank y'all so much!

Umm, you already have your NOA2. The Notice of Action you received on July 24 is your NOA2.

How 'bout the NOA1? I'm sorry, I'm confused. We didn't receive the NOA1 but got the NOA2 instead?

So that means we're waiting for the NVC letter with my MNL# before I can set my appointment for interview at the USEM, right? Please guide me through this if I'm wrong with anything. How 'bout the packets 3,4 and the medical for me (beneficiary).

Sorry for all my questions and Thank you so much!

The NOA1 only states that the case was received. The NOA2 you have states "approval notice", which is exactly what an NOA2 is.

You do not need to wait for the NVC letter, you can simply have your fiancé call the NVC for the MNL #. Once you have the case number, you can pay the visa fee at BPI and schedule your interview. Once your interview is scheduled, you can take the interview confirmation page to St Lukes for your medical.

There is no packet 3 or 4. There is only the embassy instructions letter which tells you what you need for your visa interview. Many people never receive this letter from the embassy, but it is available online. You can access it here: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/K1-K2%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf

Thank you so much. We're still pushing a Joint Sponsor just in case we need it and hoping for a good shot. If not, we already prepared his requirements for the I-134 with his tax return, certificate of employment letter and pay stubs and if we get lucky, hopefully get the visa approved, we can leave and go back to the US sooner than expected. That won't be a problem if he won't be able to stay here for full 6months. He's coming for the interview and he want to wait for my visa so we can go back together and hopefully everything will go well. His stay doesn't really have to be 6months but that was what we planned in case our petition would take long to process. We hope for the best for y'all too. Thank you!
