Yes You were right... I just looked and saw the third n/a today... must have happened last night after I went to sleep.. less than 24 hours after I was CC on the phone...

Guess what.. I've been calling repeatedly of late, called again yesterday. On hold for almost an hour, then the rep said those magic words.. "Your case has been reviewed and review is complete." He asked if they should send a status/notification email which takes about 7 days, I said Yes.

After the call, I looked on ceac, AOS still showed 'paid' as before. But this morning it shows the magic 3 N/As.

So, I'm waiting on the email, but I have Case Complete!!!!!!!

Don't be depressed i know this journey is tuff I filed my petition in April of 2014 its stressful but at the end is worth it.. I just wish they send the date soon.. Do you know if the status changes at the ceac website where it says at NVC? Some reps are rude one guy was very nasty ... They don't know what we go through in this wait..

I received the completed case email this morning. All it says is the case is complete and to wait for an interview to be scheduled. There's no time frame for the interview to be scheduled

We submitted docs to the NVC in May, but did not complete the app (DS-260) until last month. We completed the process out of order due to their website's technical problems. We did get a notice that they got our docs and I have gotten responses to previous emails that were sent. We got notice this morning that our case was complete so now we are waiting for the embassy to schedule the interview. I could never get through when I called either, but I read a tip on here to call with a cell phone, not a landline which is what I was doing. It may not matter, but it seemed to work for me...constantly redial, call after call until you get in queue. Be sure your email includes the case # in the subject line and the petitioners name and applicants name and DOB in the body of the email...keep it short and stick to the point. Best of Luck!

Congrats.... Ya see what I mean.. Calling after 10:00 pm or later has its benefits.. they are more likely to give you more attention than in the day.. I figured that out after a week of day time calling.. Then started to call at 10:30 pm exactly.. was on hold for an hour as you were and then with 30-40 minutes left in their shift they do their job more efficiently..... :joy:

Yeah it was a terribly long hold on the phone, 50+ mins, but kinda made it worth it once I heard review is complete. We'll enjoy case complete this weekend (I'll have an extra beer).. then off to waiting for the next NVC step, the Interview.

After case complete, AOS fee changes from 'paid' to N/A as Tiko also said above. However, I've read a couple of isolated posts where someone did not see the third n/a but still had case complete. As long as you verified with NVC you have case complete, and the email as proof, I wouldn't worry too much about the ceac link. Sometimes it doesn't get updated till later.

I practiced the act for an hour before I called 27 times to get through.. I figured Hey what the Hell... I have nothing to lose.. Also I had a young Female operator who was

my symphatetic ear.. It was all just LUCK.. There are no magic words....since I have been at NVC 6+ months I think That helped alot.....People...please stop sending me

PM's asking me for the supervisor's name.. Im not giving it out... Sorry.......

Haa after 27 times. no act would be required, I was on the verge of crying a few days ago after hitting redial something like 30 times, then when I finally reached them, the automated voice told me I had a wait of approximate 40 minutes, then when I finally got a real person, she told me my husband's case had a note that we needed one more thing, which we must take with us to the interview, but apparently someone forgot to list what that something is, so call back in a day or two.
