Hi Guys,

I'm now securing for an interview schedule, however I'm not seeing their calendar, what I am seeing is this " First Available Appointment Is Monday August 24, 2015." Is this the norm? I paid the visa fee yesterday at BPI. Or should I wait for another day before I can see their calendar?

Warmest Regards,

Otirach

Yes, that's normal. You could also look in the calendar. If you have other preferred date, yes you should wait. They usually just show one month schedule at a time. It gets filled fast so watch out for it.

Did you actually go through all the steps to get to the appt page or are you just logged in and see that note on the left?

I know it sounds silly but I was just checking. You clicked on the new application/she duke appointment link on the left? You made it all the way through where you even put in your receipt number and it accepted it? You should be able to see the calendar after that.

@ Shauneg, I clicked the new appointment, I didnt made it through where I can put the receipt number :( .

After you click that...you choose immigrant visa. The next screen click K visas, next screen k1, the next screen is where you will put in out the data about the person, next is dependents screen if you have any, next is mailing address, next is the screen I'm talking about. Where are you getting stuck...sorry I'm on phone or I would do screen shots.

@ Hank, I dont see a calendar :)

Do NOT try to do another account! You may need to simply wait a day for the payment to be recorded from BPI...... patience.

How can I modify my account? Or can I do it all over again?

They can't even get to the reciept page to type in the receipt number which is just before the calendar....they are stuck on the information page...the problem isn't a matter of waiting for the payment to clear. Sounds like there's already a profile with all your information...maybe your fiance made it already?

You are correct that she already has a profile existing and she needs to return to it so she can move forward.
