Hi everyone, I'm a new member of VJ . First af all I want to thank you all in advance for your answers.

I'm going to send I-130 for my mom. I have filled all the questions exept question 11 and 17 . My dad passed away 4 years ago, and I'm kind of confused whether I should put his name in Questin 11 as a prior supose and date of his death as a Marriage end date? And should I put his name as a husband in question 17?

TIA

UPDATE!

Hi everyone,

I paid all the fees and submitted the immigrant visa application. I sent the package with civil documents as well. I got an email on March 10th that NVC got all the requested documentation and my mom is in the queue awaiting an interview appointment in my country.

Does anybody know how much it usually takes to get the interview date after NVC notice?

TIA
